The Telangana High Court on Monday accorded permission to former Union minister Sujana Chowdary to travel to the US, the UK, Dubai and other for four months on busines, from September 17.

Chowdary faces look-out notices issued on the ground that the Sujana Group companies had duped banks of `2,000 crore by availing of loans on fabricated

documents. He has to take permission from the court to go abroad.

The CBI and the Enforcement Directorate are probing the cases against the companies and the immigration department had issued the notice against Chowdary. In April, the High Court had rejected his petition to quash the notice.
