A two Judge panel of the Telangana High Court comprising Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili on Thursday directed the State Government to upload all the Governmental Orders on their respective websites in the public domain within a period of 8 weeks.

The panel was dealing with a PIL filed by P Sekhar Rao, against the lack of Government Orders in the public domain. He further



questioned the failure of appointing any nodal officer as required under the law for the said purpose. 
The panel directed the government to appoint a Nodal Officer as per their own order in lieu with guidelines issued by the Central Government and to ensure strict compliance of the same. The panel further directed the state government to upload all the Governmental Orders in public domain within a period of 8 weeks from today.
