Telangana High Court yesterday suggested that Road Transport Corporation, RTC workers stop the strike and go for talks with the Government.
The court was hearing several petitions regarding ongoing RTC strike. Making crucial comments on the ongoing RTC, the Court observed that people are suffering between the insistence of the government and the RTC unions.
The Court also said there are many ways to protest and question about the steps that the government had taken
to prevent the strike.
However, Petitioner's Lawyer brought to the notice of the court that the government had dismissed the workers, which led to the workers' suicide. They said their problems will not be resolved if the strike ceased.
The Court also asked the government to submit a detailed report after holding talks with the striking employees by Friday and adjourned the further hearing till then.
