Telangana HC suspended order to remove Bowenpally AMC chairperson

Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy of the Telangana High Court on Friday suspended a government order removing Rageri Harika as chairperson of the Bowenpally agricultural market committee (AMC), and sought the government’s reply.

Harika challenged the same before



the High Court through lawyer Tera Rajinikanth Reddy. Senior advocate A. Sudarshan Reddy said the action of the government was arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and has serious civil consequences.
