Telangana High Court Acting Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan on Saturday advised the legal fraternity to set targets and plan accordingly.
Speaking at the ceremony organised to mark the completion of 100 years of Telangana High Court building here, he said the judiciary was vital in maintaining peace in the society. As many as 1.93
class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15558288577428932969586">lakh cases were pending in the High Court while it was five lakh cases in district courts across the State.
Chief Justice N.V. Ramana, who was also present at the ceremony, said despite the legal system facing several problems, all efforts are being made to meet the aspirations of the common man.
