Intermediate second-year examinations that commenced on Thursday saw over 10,000 students’ absences. A total of 4,52,028 second-year students registered for the second language paper – II and 4,40,513 appeared in the 1,532 centres arranged by the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education across the State.
During the
examination four malpractice cases with three in Jagtial alone and one in Nizamabad were booked. According to officials, malpractice cases have been booked against three students for carrying written material into the examination hall. Flying squads and a special observers team deployed by the Board caught students and booked cases against them.
