The Telangana state police has introduced a citizen feedback system to improve public satisfaction with its services. During the virtual launch event, Director General of Police Dr Jitender and other senior officers including Cyberabad police commissioner Avinash Mohanty stressed the importance of accountability and transparency.

The initiative is designed to gather opinions from the public on their interactions with police services through QR code-based surveys and outbound calls. Citizens can scan QR codes displayed at

police stations and other locations or provide feedback through the citizen feedback call centre managed by the Centre of Excellence (CoE)-CID. Citizens are also invited to share suggestions for improving the feedback process.

The feedback system covers services like FIR registrations, petitions, traffic e-Challans and passport verifications. Posters promoting the initiative have been distributed to all police stations and offices to encourage public participation.
