Telangana registers 3.35 cr electors, final draft lists released

Telangana state has registered a total number of 3 crore 35 lakh 12 thousand 53, with women electors surpassing their male counterparts. Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of state C. Sudharshan Reddy released the final draft elector lists last evening for all 119 assembly constituencies. The state has over 1 crore 68 lakh 67 thousand women electors while over 1 crore 66 lakh 41 thousand male electors and 28 hundred transgenders. 

The election authorities updated the electors lists up to this month. Hyderabad district topped the list with over 46 lakh 24 thousand electors



followed by Rangareddy district with 36 lakh 62 thousand electors and Medchal Malkajgiri district with over 29 lakh 49 thousand.

The authorities also revealed that the state has over 5 lakh 45 thousand young electors between 18-19 years and over 2 lakh 22 thousand senior electors of over 85 years of age. The CEO further informed that over 3 thousand 5 hundred overseas NRI electors have enrolled. Polling station-wise final electoral rolls of all Assembly constituencies are available at https://ceotelangana.nic.in.
