Telangana to witness heavy showers in next 48 hrs

Thunderstorm accompanied by moderate rain is likely to be witnessed by all the districts of Telangana today.

According to Indian Meteorological Department, the rainfall on Wednesday was due to thunder clouds formed over some parts of Telangana. The IMD also



issued a two-day alert stating that the state would witness moderate showers in the next 48 hours.

By the end of September, the intensity of rainfall will be reduced gradually, an IMD officer said.
