The public meeting which will be held on the occasion of the foundation day celebrations of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in Warangal on April 27 will be called “Pragathi Nivedhana Sabha“. The venue for the TRS plenary at Medchal on April 21 has been named “Telangana Pragathi Pranganam“.For the plenary that will take place at Kompally , Medchal, an area of 60 acres has been prepared.
IT and municipal administration minister K T Rama Rao inspected the premises where the plenary will be held on Wednesday . He said in all 8,000 to 10,000 delegates will participate in it. There will be delegates from 31 districts. As many as 2,000 display boards will be set up along the outer ring road
to provide information about the traffic. He said only those who have been given passes can attend the plenary . A huge space has also been earmarked for parking. The minister said no flexis and banners should be put up in connection with the plenary .
With summer setting in, the party has made arrangements for health counters. “The public's issues are not being neglected because of the TRS being involved in conducting its plenary and foundation day celebrations,“ K T Rama Rao clarified.
Giving out the schedule of the plenary session, KTR said during the plenary,there will be a thorough discussion on the resolutions that will be passed.
