Tension prevails over MIM MLA's campaign as Bajrang Dal confronts him

HYDERABAD: Tension prevailed at Moghulpura on Monday evening when Bajrang Dal activists confronted Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, MIM MLA who is seeking re-election from Charminar constituency during his campaign.

Sensing that the situation could go out of control, police swung into action and



dispersed the mob. Mumtaz Khan along with MIM workers had gone to Bela Colony near Sudha Cinema Hall after locals invited him there. Bajrang Dal activist Mukesh Yadav confronted Khan on non-availability of Mission Bhagiratha water in the locality and lack of Metro Rail connectivity in Old City.
