TGPWU launched new digital ID cards in Hyderabad

On Monday, the Telangana Gig and Platform Workers Union (TGPWU) introduced digital ID cards which will be used by its union members.

The cost of membership is Rs. 20 per month and a one-time Rs. 100 admission fee. Online payment gateways should be used to direct



payments to the union account.

Workers employed by Ola, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, and Zepto, as well as other aggregators of ride-hailing and delivery services, are eligible to join TGPWU.
