The Met department has issued a warning that thunderstorm accompanied by squall /hail is very likely to occur at isolated places in all districts of Telangana on March 10. The forecast said light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in the State on March 10 and 11, while day weather will prevail during the next two days. No large change during the subsequent three days is the weather outlook.
The Met department bulletin said on Thursday that rain
occurred at isolated places in Telangana during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am. There was one cm rain in Bhupalapalle of Warangal district. With cloudy weather, the day temperatures appreciably fell at one or two places. They were above normal. The highest maximum of 38 degrees Celsius was recorded in Mahbubnagar. The other temperatures recorded were: Bhadrachalam 37, Hyderabad, Ramagundam, Khammam 36 each, Adilabad, Hanamkonda, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad 35 each, Hakimpet 34.
