Tourism Minister A Chandulal asks the officals to hold Bathukamma on grand scale

Tourism Minister A Chandulal on Tuesday asked the officials to make arrangements for celebrating the nine-day Bathukamma festival from September 20 to 28 on a grand scale.

The Minister reviewed the arrangements for Bathukamma celebrations with the District Collectors through video conference on Tuesday. He asked the



officials to ensure that the efforts of the government to portray the culture of State to the world succeed.

Chandulal said that every district would be given Rs 5 lakh for the Bathukamma festival. He asked the officials to take up electrification of the government office buildings, etc.
