Traffic advisory to motorists in view of Numaish

The Hyderabad traffic police have issued traffic advisory to motorists in view of All India Industrial Exhibition from January 1 to February 15 at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally.

The traffic department has urged motorists to take alternative routes to avoid getting caught in traffic congestions and gridlocks. The following advice was made by the police, traffic coming from Putlibowli side and intending to proceed Nampally side can take alternative route via., MJ Market – Right turn – Abids – Nampally Station Road – A1 Signal Point (Nampally T Junction) etc.

 

Traffic coming from Traffic Control Room (Old Police Control Room) and Basheerbagh side and intending to proceed Afzalgunj or Mangalhat side will take route via AR Petrol Pump – BJR Statue – SBI, Gunfoundry – Abids GPO – MJ Market – Afzalgunj – City College.

Motorists coming from Begum Bazar Chatri side and intending to proceed Nampally side will take another route via. Begum Bazar – Alaska – Left turn – Darussalam – right turn – Ekminar Mosque – Railway Station – Nampally.

Traffic coming from Chaderghat Bridge side and intending to proceed Saifabad will take alternative route via, Chaderghat Bridge – DMHS, Koti – right turn- Sultan Bazar – King Koti Junction –



backside of Nizam College – Basheerbagh – Traffic Control Room – Saifabad.

Vehicles coming from Bahadurpura side and intending to proceed Nampally side will take alternative route via., Puranapul – Mangalhat – Aghapura – Darussalam -Ek Minar Mosque- Railway Station – Nampally.

Traffic coming from Saifabad side and intending to proceed Rajendra Nagar side will take alternative route via, Lakdi-ka-pul – Ayodhya – Masab Tank flyover – Mehdipatnam – Moghal Ka Nala – Attapur – Rajendra Nagar.

Those coming from Madina (old city) side and intending to proceed Nampally side will take alternative route via., Afzalgunj- MJ Market – Abids GPO – A1 Signal Point (Nampally ‘T’ Jn) or Abids- Chirag Ali Lane – Chermas – BJR Statue – AR Petrol Pump – Nampally.

Traffic coming from Mehdipatnam side and intending to proceed Charminar side will take alternative route via, Mehdipatnam, Asifnagar Road – Bhoiguda Kaman – Mangalhat – Puranapul – Moosa Bowli Road – Chowk – Khilwath – Charminar.

People are requested to avail the public transport systems such as RTC buses and metro rail services and co-operate with police personnel on duty, a press release added.
