Traffic curbs in Cyberabad on New Year eve

In view of the New Year-eve celebrations on December 31,  Cyberabad Police Commissioner C.V. Anand, IPS, has notified traffic restrictions on following routes from 11pm on December 31, 2015 to 5 am

            In a press release, the Cyberabad police chief has stated that the ORR is closed for light motor vehicles and passenger vehicles.  However, medium and heavy goods vehicles will be allowed.  Bonafide passengers travelling to the Shamshabad Airport on light motor vehicles will be allowed on ORR subject to production of tickets. The order applies to all flyovers in Cyberabad Commissionerate limits unless specifically opened for Traffic by Police

            On PVNR express way, the organizers of various events / celebrations should engage sufficient Private Security Personnel for Traffic Management to regulate the Traffic inside and into the venue. The organizers should ensure parking of all vehicles inside the premises of the venue only. They should not allow parking on the roads used by general public. Checks Posts will be installed by Police at various places as decided to check Rash driving and drunken driving. Public are advised to follow all safety and traffic rules and cooperate during checking, the CP added.
