Traffic police have imposed several restrictions in Secunderabad on July 29-30, to facilitate smooth movement of traffic in connection with Ujjaini Mahakali Bonalu Jatara to be held in Secunderabad.

On July 29, from 4am, all routes leading from Mahankali temple, via Tobacco Bazar Hill Street and General Bazaar, via Subash Road from Bata crossroad to Ramgopalpet police station, and via Advaiah crossroad in Secunderabad will be closed for vehicular traffic.

Traffic from Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Ranigunj crossroad towards Minister Road, Rasoolpura crossroad, Gopalapuram Lane Railway Station. RTC buses returning from the railway station towards Tank



Bund will pass Gandhi crossroad, the Old Traffic police station Mahankali.

General traffic coming from SBH crossroad towards RP Road will be diverted at Patny crossroad towards Clock Tower and Paradise, towards HDFC Bank.

On July 30, between 2pm and 10pm, all routes between Secunderabad Railway Station towards St Mary’s Road will be closed for all vehicular traffic. Buses travelling towards Secunderabad railway station, from Hakeempet, Bowenpally, Balanagar and Ameerpet will be terminated at Clock Tower and they will return to their destinations on the same route, via Patny SBH crossroad.
