Traffic diversion in Marredpally from today

In view of the six-month long construction of Tukaramgate railunder-bridge (RUB) — July 18 to January 17 — traffic will be diverted at Marredpally, starting from Wednesday.

The road near Tukaram gate North Lallaguda bus stop will be closed completely and traffic will be diverted towards Malkajgiri and Mettuguda. Two-wheeler and three-wheelers coming from Jyoti Nagar will be



allowed to move towards Addagutta, read a statement issued by the city traffic police, on Tuesday.

At Shenoy nursing home junction, heavy vehicles and RTC and other buses will be diverted towards AOC Centre and Safilguda gate while vehicles coming from Addagutta to Tukaramgate will be allowed to pass through the existing RUB at Jyothi Nagar.
