City Police Commissioner M. Mahendar Reddy, IPS, today announced regulation of traffic from Dharamkaram Road to Ameerpet Durga Matha Temple in view of the on-going Hyderabad Metro Rail works. RTC and private buses and other heavy vehicles will be diverted at Dharamkaram Road right turn towards GHMC ground – left turn – via Food World – towards Sona Bai temple – left turn towards Satyam Theatre road – right turn – towards Maitrivanam for 30 days from April 8 to May 8.

Diversion route for heavy vehicles

RTC and private buses and other heavy vehicles coming from Begumpet, Panjagutta via  Green Lands Junction towards Ameerpet will be take – Right Turn – at Dharam Karam Road towards GHMC ground – left turn –



via Food World – towards Sona Bai Temple Junction – left turn – towards Satyam Theatre Road – right turn towards Maitrivanam main road. RTC and Private buses and other Heavy Vehicles coming from Ameerpet towards Green Lands Junction vai: Dharam Karam road will be take – slight left roundabout of Durga Matha Temple Ameerpet towards Dharam Karam Road.

The motorists (other than heavy vehicles) coming from Begumpet, Panjagutta side, will be allowed as usual. As the movement of vehicular traffic will be slow from the Green Lands Junction to Maitrivanam via Dharamkaram Road, the general traffic is advised to take alternative routes to avoid congestion in the stretch during the peak hours.

The following Bus routes are diverted at Dharam Karam Road – Right Turn – are 10, 10K, 10 K/M, 10, K/J, 10H, 10Y/F, 10F/V, 10F, 17/10H, 45M/F, 45F, 45Y, 47Y, 47Y/90D, 11W.
