Former irrigation minister T Harish Rao on Tuesday said TRS’ mission is to win 16 MP seats in general polls. “With that many seats, TRS will play a crucial role in the formation of the government at the Centre and will be able to get what it needs from the government,” he said in Medak.

Rao, along with other TRS leaders, inspected the CSI Church ground premises where the party will hold a meeting of party workers on March 8. He said 25,000 party workers from all the assembly constituencies falling under the Medak LS seat



will attend the meeting which will be addressed by TRS working president K T Rama Rao.

K T Rama Rao will address a series of meetings to prepare the party for the LS elections. The first such meeting will be held on March 6 where he will hold a meeting with party workers of Karimnagar Lok Sabha seat.

A meeting of party leaders was held on Tuesday to prepare for the public meet that KTR will address in Zaheerabad parliamentary constituency on March 13 at Nizamsagar.
