TRS president and caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday promised state government employees that he would enhance their retirement age from 58 years at present to 61 upon returning to power.
Releasing the TRS manifesto at the party’s meeting at Parade Ground, he assured that pay scales for government employees would be fixed appropriately. He promised that unemployed youth will be provided ample opportunities.

MLAs that they would have to resign if they witness any woman with an empty pot on streets after the completion of Mission Bhagiratha.
Mr Rao was addressing the public meeting in Nagarkurnool.
Addressing a public meeting in Gadwal, Mr Rao said that during the TRS government's rule, the state witnessed unprecedented progress and development, attracting the attention of the entire country. As many as 19 BJP-ruled states have adopted the welfare schemes of the TRS government, he said.
