TRS will win 101 seats in 2019 elections: KCR

Hyderabad: Chief Minsiter K. Chandrashekar Rao has claimed that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi would win 101-106 Assembly seats in the 2019 General Elections.

Addressing the TRS Legislature Party meeting at Telangana Bhavan on Thursday, the Chief Minister said that the people were happy with the performance of TRS Government in the State and the party would return to power with a huge majority.

He directed the



party legislators to start the membership drive in their constituencies. He also gave them specific targets for MLAs, MLCs and MPs.

He asked the leaders to complete the membership drive within 10 days. Separate membership targets have been set for each district.

The Chief Minister also held detailed discussion on the strategy to be adopted during the budget session of Assembly and Council beginning from Friday.
