TRS will win municipal polls: KTR

TRS has begun its preparations for the upcoming municipal elections. Party working president KT Rama Rao on Wednesday declared that the party was ready for the polls any time and exuded confidence of winning all the 141 Urban Local Bodies in Telangana.

Having successfully completed TRS’ membership enrolment, Rama Rao asked the party cadre to gear up for the polls. He held a brainstorming session with party general secretaries at



Telangana Bhavan. TRS committees, led by party general secretaries and secretaries, were appointed as in-charges for 17 Parliamentary constituencies to oversee the preparations. They will work in coordination with TRS MPs and MLAs. “Considering an increased presence of party members and good governance of the government, TRS will sweep the polls. There should be no laxity in our preparations,” he said.
