TS Assembly Budget session begins

The budget session of TS Assembly began today. Governor ESL Narsimhan explained various measures taken up by the government to make T S Bangaru Telangana. 

The most interesting part was for the first time after formation of TS opposition Congress



tried to disrupt Governors address. 

They raised slogans displayed placards and even rushed into the well. Marshals formed a protective wall and stopped them. But the Congress members tore copies of speech and threw into air.
