TS govt to fill 1.08 lakh vacancies by Aug 2018: K Srihari

The Telangana government will fill 1.08 lakh vacancies by August 2018, said deputy chief minister and education minister Kadiyam Srihari on Monday.

The announcement was made following the Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) unemployment rally in Saroornagar and the student suicide at Osmania University (OU).

Calling the



student suicide as unfortunate, the deputy chief minister said that the government will soon come up with a recruitment calendar.“Suicide is not a solution as no government encourages it. 

Students should not politicise this recent case,” said Srihari, addressing a press conference at the Secretariat on Monday.
