TS RERA extends date till Jan 15

The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has decided to accept applications filed for registrations on or before January 15 with a penalty of Rs 2 lakh.

During a meeting held on December 28, the RERA has decided that it would not be appropriate to reject applications after the



last date of December 15 with a penalty.

Extending an opportunity for the promoters and others to register their projects, the RERA has decided to accept applications filed on or before January 15 with a penalty of Rs 2 lakh, said a press release.
