TSDCA seizes cardiac stimulant drugs in Hyderabad

The Drugs Control Administration, Telangana, (TSDCA) has seized illegally stocked and sold cardiac stimulant drug Mephentermine Sulphate Injections, in Asifnagar and Karwan, Hyderabad. According to the TSDCA, the drugs were being sold illegally to gym-goers for abuse in



bodybuilding.

The drug inspects of TSDCA carried out raids in Asifnagar and Karwan on Friday and Saturday, and detected stocks of a cardiac stimulant drug, ‘Mephentermine Sulphate Injection,’ illegally stored and sold to gym-goers for abuse in bodybuilding at exorbitant prices.
