recruit teachers. From now on, all recruitments to fill teachers' posts will be
done through the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC).
According to Special Chief Secretary (School Education Dept) Ranjeev R Acharya, the decision has been taken for better uniformity, consistency and proper selection procedures.
The State Government has also decided for direct recruitment of principals, post-graduate teachers (PGTs) and trained graduate teachers (TGTs) in the Model Schools through TSPSC.
