Two arrested for stealing sacred bells of temple to New Year party in Nirmal

Two persons, who were arrested for allegedly stealing offerings and sacred bells of a temple, confessed to committing the crime to party in view of the New Year. They were produced before media persons in Bhainsa town on Thursday.

Briefing details of the



arrest, Superintendent of Police Dr Janaki Sharmila said that Vishal and his friend Sangha Rathan from Chuchund village were apprehended for stealing offerings and bells of the Naga Devatha deity at the village on Tuesday. She said that the police cracked the theft case within 48 hours.
