To clear extra rush of passengers attending Velankanni festival in Tamil Nadu, the South Central Railway is running two special trains between Secunderabad–Velankanni.
The Secunderabad-Velankanni special train will depart Secunderabad at 8.30 am on
September 5 (Thursday) and will arrive Velankanni at 9.30 am on the next day. In the return direction, special train will depart Velankanni at 6.30 pm on September 9 (Monday) and arrive Secunderabad at 7.30 pm the next day.
