Two students injured in road mishap in Gandipet

Two students were injured after the car they were traveling in went out of control and crashed into an advertisement hoarding near CBIT in Gandipet on Wednesday morning. A rash and negligent driving is suspected to have led to the mishap, police said.

As per available information, the accident occurred when the youth, both degree students were proceeding in the car from Shankarpalli towards Narsingi. When



they reached Gandipet, the car driver lost control of the steering wheel and crashed into the hoarding. Two students travelling in the car were injured. They were rushed to the hospital.

It is learnt that the air baloons in the car got instantly activated, averting any major mishap. The details of the students were not known. The Narsingi police are investigating.
