Under HMDA's drive against unauthorised buildings, 9 demolished and 4 sealed

Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) officials and members of District Task Forces (DTFs), constituted as a part of Telangana State Building Permission Approval and Self-Certification (TS-bPASS), on Monday, initiated action against 13 unauthorised structures. While nine buildings were demolished, four of these were



sealed.

The action was initiated against constructions that were identified as unauthorised in Pochampally, Tukkuguda, Bandlaguda Jagir and Kompally municipalities. The special drive to crack down on unauthorised constructions commenced on January 17. Since then, 75 structures were demolished and 20 were sealed.
