Upset over love failure, construction worker ends life in Mallepally

Allegedly upset because of failure in love, a man died by suicide in his room at Mallepally in Humayun Nagar on Tuesday night.

Mansoor Alam (22), a construction worker from Bihar came to the city recently in search of livelihood and was staying with his friends at Mallepally.

He was reportedly in love with a woman



from his native place. The couple recently informed their elders about their relationship, but it was not approved by both families.

Police said the rejection of the proposal by their parents upset Mansoor Alam, who was unable to deal with the setback. As a result, he hanged himself from the ceiling fan in his room, when nobody was there.
