Education Minister Kadiyam Srihari announced that all the vacant teacher posts will be filled up before the start of next academic year.
“We will soon complete the rationalisation in school education department and take up the process of filling up vacant teacher posts. All teachers and education officials should strive to improve standards in government schools and increase enrollments in government schools,” said education minister Kadiyam Srihari speaking at the orientation classes held for newly appointed DEOs, assistant directors and other education officers in Hyderabad on



Sunday. 
The announcement of education minister about filling up teacher posts is set to cheer lakhs of youth, who are eagerly waiting for teacher jobs notifications. “As number of districts have increased to 31, DEOs will get scope for personally monitoring all the educational programmes in governments schools. Government is committed for providing all the required infrastructure and support to government schools. Education officials should take responsibility for increasing standards in schools,” said Srihari. Ranjeev R Acharya, special chief secretary, education department.
