A special court in Hyderabad is likely to pronounce sentence to the five convicted in the Dilsukhnagar Twin Bomb Blast case today. 
Justice Srinivasa Rao had convicted five Indian Mujahideen members a few days ago in the case. The National Investigation Agency has been seeking most stringent sentence to the convicted.The prime convict in the case Riyaz Bhatkal, Indian Mujahideen founder, is still absconding while five others convicted in the case. They include Indian Mojahiddin



co-founder Yasin Bhatkal, Pakistani national Zia-ur-Rahman alias Waqas, Asadullah Akhtar alias Haddi, Tahaseen Akhtar alias Monu and Aijaz Sheikh, who are at present lodged in the Cherlapally Prison in Hyderabad. 
It may be mentioned that 18 persons were killed and 131 injured in two explosions at the busy market area at Dilsukhnagar in Hyderabad on February 21, 2013. The accused were tried under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, and other relevant acts including IPC.
