Visitors entry banned at the Shamshabad airport

Following the National Investigation Agency raids in Hyderabad and the arrest of 13 IS suspects, the police have been conducting a large-scale search operation in various localities throughout the city.

The police officials are focusing more on the Hitech city, which was the primary target of the terrorists. Special probes are



being conducted by a high-profile police team who are investigating IT companies, malls, multiplexes, function halls and restaurants in the area. 

A high alert was declared at Shamshabad airport and visitors trips to the airport have been banned. The searches will continue in the airport premises up to July 6.
