Viveka murder accused Uday denied bail

The CBI court on Monday dismissed the bail petition of Gajjala Uday Kumar Reddy, accused in the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case. The CBI had argued against granting bail as he could tamper with the evidence.

A close aide of Kadapa YSRC MP Avinash Reddy, Uday Kumar Reddy was in the MP’s house on the day Vivekananda Reddy was



murdered.

The main charge against Uday Kumar Reddy was that he, Avinash Reddy and his father Bhaskar Reddy had destroyed evidence at the murder scene.

Though the murder was took place in 2019, Uday Kumar Reddy was arrested on April 24 this year.
