Waqf Board chairman Mohd. Saleem proceeds to Saudi Arabia for Umrah

Chairman of Telangana State Wakf Board, Mr. Mohammed Saleem proceeded to Saudi Arabia on Monday for performing Umrah. He would stay in the Kingdom till 11th October. He will have the honour of participating in the ablution ceremony of Kaabah.

Before proceeding to Saudi Arabia, he contacted CEO of Wakf Board Mr. M.A. Mannan Farooqui and other officials and issued suitable



instructions asking them to produce wakf records to district collectors as early as possible so that they could be entered in revenue records.

He further told that Wakf Board will make every possible effort to protect wakf properties. He also said that he would pray in Makkah for the progress of Telangana State and the development of the Muslims.
