TRS working president KT Rama Rao said that Telangana needs ‘dildaar’ and not chowkidar. He was speaking at a party election campaign meeting held in Sircilla on Monday. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi will benefit if BJP wins the majority of MP seats. AICC president Rahul Gandhi will get the benefit if Congress wins majority parliament seats. However, Telangana will be benefited if TRS gets majority of seats,” he said.
Predicting that charisma of Modi is falling, he asked as to why Telangana people should vote for Modi, who denied national status for Kaleshwaram project. In the current political situation, BJP will not even get win 150 seats and Congress will not even cross 100
mark. TRS had achieved Telangana with just 2 MPs, he said. Informing that coalition governments will come to power at the Centre, he expressed confidence that they would play a vital role in the formation of union government if the party has 16 MPs.
Telangana State has become a role model for the rest of the country by introducing innovative schemes, he said and informed that both Narendra Modi and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu dubbed the schemes of Telangana. There will be a chance for Vinod Kumar to become Union Minister if all goes well, KTR said and appealed the people to give 1 lakh majority to Vinod Kumar.
