YS Sharmila Complaint Against BRS Leaders For Insulting her

Hyderabad: On Tuesday, Y S Sharmila, president of the YSR Telangana Party, filed a complaint with the Telangana State Commission for Women alleging that members of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party personally insulted her.

She said that BRS leaders don't care about women and that even the state governor was treated poorly.

When she questioned



the BRS MLA's illegal land-grabbing activities, she mentioned that BRS MLA Shankar Naik referred to her as an "eunuch."

Women in Telangana lack security. She asserted that the state has the highest number of cases of women being raped.

She added that if her complaint is not addressed appropriately, she will approach the National Commission for Women.
