In Yemen, at least 14 soldiers were killed in a suicide terror attack this morning. The explosion caused significant casualties, with an additional 17 military personnel injured, some of them in critical condition.
The attack is attributed to a suicide bomber
suspected to be affiliated with an al-Qaeda branch in the country’s turbulent southern province of Abyan. The assailant, driving a vehicle laden with explosives, breached military checkpoints before detonating the car bomb.
