Twenty people from different parts of Balochistan have gone missing after being abducted allegedly by Pakistani military forces. According to The Balochistan Post report, Pakistani forces detained 15 people from Gomazi, Kech district of Balochistan and shifted them to an unknown location.
According to sources, Pakistani forces allegedly abducted five more people from different parts of Balochistan. Pakistani security forces allegedly abducted three men from the Karki area of Panjgur district. On the same day,
they also abducted a school teacher from Awaran and another person from Khuzdar area of Balochistan on Sunday.
Dozens of people have reportedly gone missing from Balochistan this year. At least 50 people went missing only in February, including a large number of students and teachers.
Meanwhile, a protest camp by missing persons’ families goes on continuously for more than a decade, in front of Quetta Press Club against enforced disappearances.
