In Peru, at least 24 people died in the northern part of the country after a bus carrying 60 passengers plunged off a cliff on Saturday. Peru's transportation supervisory agency, SUTRAN, said that according to early investigations, the bus appeared to have an



up-to-date safety inspection.

As per media reports, road accidents are, relatively, common in Peru, as many drivers operate vehicles on precarious roads without proper training.
