5.0 intensity quake hits Nepal

A moderate intensity quake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale hit Nepal at 2340 hrs, India Meteorological Department (IMD), yesterday, said in a



statement. The quake was epicentered at 27.8 degree north Latitude and 84.6 degree east Longitude. Its focal depth was 30 km, IMD added.
