In Syria, at least 84 people have been killed in fresh government air raids on rebel-held areas in and around Aleppo in the last 48 hours. Dozens were also wounded.Air strikes and artillery yesterday pounded rebel-held districts for the second
consecutive day, killing dozens of people, damaging medical facilities and flattening residential buildings.
The strikes resumed on Tuesday after a three-week moratorium declared by the government's ally Russia ended.
