Dubai’s Azizi Riviera is set to have a brand-new park, and it’s looking to be another top spot to sit down for a picnic.
Jardins, a “lush green park” will be part of the flagship waterfront development in Meydan One.
French for “The Gardens”, the park, from UAE-based Azizi Developments, will cover the entire breadth of the development, decked out with green fields, flowering plants and towering trees.
Highlights include ponds, fountains, paved jogging and walking paths placed throughout the Riviera, along with laid-out picnic areas and barbecue spots.
Several of the 71 residential buildings will offer direct views and access to the gardens. It will be in walking distance of Riviera Boulevard, the company’s retail space with high-street brands and entertainment.
“One of our top priorities is to ensure the wellness of our
residents and to add to their quality of life. The addition of the park will also add immense value to investors and assure strong rental re-turns”, said CEO of Azizi Developments Farhad Azizi.
“Through entertainment, sports and wellness amenities, we strive to enrich the lives of our residents.”
Azizi also announced “Le Pavillon”, a new residential building the overlooks the new gardens in the park and The Meydan Hotel. The homes are part of a nine-storey residential tower that directly faces the garden.
It has yet to be officially announced when it will open.
When completed, the Riviera will have 71 mid-rise buildings with more than 16,000 residences, which include studios along with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
