The police Chief of Afghan province of Kunar Juma Gul Himmat has blamed Pakistani intelligence services for plotting a strong plan to help the Taliban movement to take over the province's eastern ditrict of



Dangam. 

Himmat told TOLO news media outlet yesterday that the Inter-Services Intelligence plotted a strong plan to over-run Dangam district of Kunar and repeat the Helmand experience, but they failed to reach their goal.
