At least 10 people killed in Israeli air strikes in Gaza strip

At least 10 people including a top commander of a Palestinian militant group were killed by Israeli air strikes in the Ghaza strip yesterday.
According to local health officials, dozens of others were injured in the air strikes. Israeli Prime Miniter said that
the operation followed an immediate threat by Palestinian Islamic Jihad after the arrest of one of its members this week. The Palestinian Islamic Jihad group fired more than 100 rockets into Israel in an initial response.
