Baloch activists demand appointment of UN's special rapporteur

Geneva (Switzerland): In the latest update in connection to the revolt of Baloch activists, the group has demanded appointment of a United Nations special rapporteur to look into the violations of human rights in Pakistan's Baloch province. The demand was projected by several exiled Baloch leaders at



an event held on the sidelines of the 34th session of the United Nations Human (UNHRC) in Geneva. The issue of the mass genocide and human rights' violation in Baloch made the headlines after Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on the matter during his Independence Day's address in 2016.
