BREAKING: Clubbers trapped in California warehouse rave after fire breaks out

REVELLERS are feared to be trapped inside a blazing warehouse after a fire broke out in the early hours of this morning.

Up to 20 people are believed to be trapped inside the warehouse in Oakland, California as they remain unaccounted for by US authorities. 

Oakland police have only confirmed that they believe there are casualties from the blaze. 

The venue was advertised as the 'Rave Cave'. It is not yet known what started the



fire. 

Shocked witnesses took to social media to post pictures of the towering inferno. 

The party was happening in the 1300 block of 31st Ave in the Fruitvale district of the city and was reportedly part of musician Golden Donna's ‘100% Silk’ West Coast tour.

Authorities believe up to 100 people were partying inside when the blaze broke out. 

It took 55 firefighters to battle the fire as flames engulfed three sides of the building.
